Deloitte similarly reported that millennials rate professional development as a must-have.

According to Training Industry, many millennials are skipping the MBA degree in favor of professional development. Specific activities millennials are in search of include access to business leaders and co-workers, assistance in developing interpersonal skills, and knowledge of business frameworks. Savvy businesses can implement co-learning programs, which combine mentoring and expert knowledge, to help meet these needs.
